Goal yani lkse ka hona hamare jivan me important islie hai kyunki jab tak hamara koi lkse nhi hoga koi goal nhi hoga tab tak ham kya karenge. yani ki jiss aadmi ka apna goal ya lkse hai usko ye pta hai ki usko aage jivan me kis or badna hai, kya karna hai, kya banna hai. Jivan me parteak aadmi ka ak lkse hota hai hame bas usko janna hai ki hamara lkse kya hai. jab tak ham ye nhi janege ki hamara lkse kya hai to hamara is duniya me aane ka kya mhtav. Mann lo aap ka gole lkse hai cricket to aap ko har dam apna dyan cricket yani apne goal per hi rakhna hoga. Sirf acha khana khane se hi sehat achi nhi rhti hamari sehat achi tab rhti hai jab hamara mind me kisi ki chinta ya tension na ho.  Aapne dekha hoga ki jab kisi ko chinta hoti hai to vo kamjor ho jata hai.
